The McGee House was built in 1904, a large and confident residence from Old Town's turn-of-the-century boom. With roughly 4,500 square feet, multiple fireplaces, high ceilings, and extensive hardwood floors, it was designed to make an impression, while still relying on the practical climate-conscious features of an era before air-conditioning.
