Behind the sketch.

The Moore–Rhett House was built around 1826, and is linked to Huntsville's famously enthusiastic 1892 celebration of Lily Flagg, a record-setting Jersey cow who won awards for producing world-record-amounts of butter; more than her own body weight in a year. As part of the celebration, General Moore painted his house butter-yellow, installed electric string lights and a dance floor, and invited 500 of his closest friends from around the country to dinner and dancing from 9pm to 3am.
